When calling our technical service team, please state the serial number of the machine as this will assist in the diagnoses of your fault.

Dune Spares Support

Our spares department offer an advance replacement service that is second to none. 99% of parts ordered before 16:00 are despatched for next day delivery.

To place an order for a replacement part please ensure you hold a spares account with us and have the following details to hand:-

Company name
Product type
Serial Number
Order Number

Please note – If you have used our advance replacement service and you fail to return the faulty component within fourteen days, a penalty charge will be added to your account for a late return.

Credit Account Application

To set up and open a Credit Account with Fat Spanner, please click here to download the Credit Application form.

Please note that credit applications can take up to two to three weeks to process whilst we conduct credit checks and are subject to approval.

Cash Account Application

To set up a cash account with Fat Spanner, please click here to complete the online application form.

A cash account will allow you to purchase replacement parts by either sending us a cheque, BACS Transfer or by any major credit card.

Applications for cash accounts are usually processed immediately but may take up to 24hours.
